Terms & conditions.

These terms explain how bespoke Wear My Startup placements are ordered, approved and delivered.

Last updated 30 August 2026

1. About us

Wear My Startup is operated by Dominic O Norton LTD. You can contact us at dnorton@dominiconorton.co.uk.

2. Your order

Your order is an offer to purchase the event, influencer and blazer position shown at checkout. An order is accepted when payment succeeds and we send confirmation. Placements are limited, bespoke advertising services and are subject to availability.

Please check all order details before paying. We may decline an order and refund the affected amount if a placement is unavailable, unsuitable or cannot reasonably be delivered.

3. Artwork

You are responsible for supplying accurate, complete and print-ready artwork by any deadline we provide. This includes checking spelling, colours, dimensions, logos, contact details and every other element before approval.

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all artwork and content supplied to us and that it does not infringe another person's rights, mislead, defame, or break the law. We may reject content that is unlawful, offensive, unsafe or unsuitable for the event.

Once you approve a proof, you accept responsibility for its content. Changes requested after approval may cause delays and additional charges, which we will agree with you first.

4. No change-of-mind refunds

Because each placement is made to order and production or reservation work may begin shortly after payment, we do not provide refunds for a change of mind, incorrect customer-supplied artwork, missed artwork deadlines or mistakes approved by the customer.

This does not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded. If our service is not provided with reasonable care and skill, or what we supply is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repeat performance, price reduction or other remedy under applicable consumer law.

5. Events and delivery

Event dates, venues, schedules and participating influencers may change for reasons outside our reasonable control. We will tell you about a material change and, where possible, offer a reasonably comparable alternative. If we cancel a service and cannot provide a suitable alternative, we will refund the undelivered part.

We are not responsible for delay caused by late, incomplete or unsuitable artwork, or by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Price and payment

The price shown at checkout is the price payable for the selected placement, including any taxes stated there. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Wear My Startup.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, or business losses where you purchase as a consumer.

8. Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights to bring proceedings where you live. The terms applying to your order are those published when you place it; we may update them for future orders.
